1. Consular District：
The consular district of this office includes Greater Ottawa Region, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador, we process applications for passports, visas and document authentication within the above-stated areas. Application from other parts of Canada should contact our offices in Vancouver （www.roc-taiwan.org/CA/YVR）or Toronto（www.roc-taiwan.org/CA/YYZ）
2. Office Hours：
9:00AM to 4:00PM from Monday to Friday
The office is closed on statutory holidays.
