5. New practice of ROC Visa Application for Foreign Visitors

To enhance the efficiency of processing visa applications,　the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MOFA)of the Republic of China (Taiwan) revised its visa application form procedures. Visa applicants need first to access the website: (https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw), fill out the visa application forms online and print them out. The completed forms and other required documents ought to be submitted to MOFA or ROC's overseas missions. This practice will be effective as of March 1, 2012, The application forms filled out offline will not be acceptable after April 6, 2012.
