The 2012 TaiwanICDF International Higher Education Scholarship Programs （Undergraduate programs & Graduate programs）
The 2012 International Higher Education Scholarship Programs of Taiwan International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF) are now available for registration. Those who are interested in seeking a bachelor, master or doctoral degree in various fields in Taiwan are encouraged to check the TaiwanICDF website at http://www.icdf.org.tw/mp.asp?mp=2, click on the “Higher Education Scholarship Program” icon at lower right for detailed information.
Bachelor programs are offered in the fields of agribusiness, tropical agriculture for Central Americans, business administration, mechanical engineering, international health and nursing administration, international trade and management, journalism and mass communication; Master programs are offered in the fields of agriculture, agricultural economics, aquaculture technology and management, tropical agriculture, business administration, clinical medicine, information systems and application, international civil engineering and management, international cultural and creative industries, international electric power engineering, international environment sustainable development, international health, international health care administration, international human resource development, international industrial engineering and management, international mechanical engineering, international nursing science, international studies, technology management; Ph.D. programs are offered in the fields of tropical agriculture and international health.
Please be aware that all applicants are to apply, to the ROC (Taiwan) Embassy, through the Ministry of Education of St. Kitts and Nevis no later than 20 days before the deadlines set by individual programs for the documents to be mailed and reach universities in Taiwan by the deadline.
Original application documents must be authenticated by one of the government agencies such as Human Resources Department. A complete set of original and authenticated documents and an additional Xerox copy of the documents are required. Among the application documents, two kinds of application forms must be filled out: the ICDF application form must be filled out on-line, then printed out and signed; for program application form, please go to individual program website, print out and sign it.
Incomplete documents and belated applications will not be processed. Moreover, admission decision will be made by a joint committee in Taiwan.
