When I need to get documents authenticated or apply for a visa, can I enclose cash along with my application? Do I need to prepare an return envelop?

Please do not enclose cash or personal cheque for any document authentication or visa application. TRO accepts company cheques and postal order, please make it payable to TRO in the UK. Also please do enclose a postage paid return envelop with recipient name and address on.
