The Commercial Division is an overseas branch of the ROC Ministry of Economic Affairs and provides information and services related to bilateral investment, trade, and technology to strengthen economic relations between Taiwan and the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
