The Chinese Culture Center operates under the ROC Overseas Chinese Affairs Commission to provide educational and cultural services and programs to overseas Chinese and Taiwanese communities in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The Center has a multi-media library and facilities for classes in Chinese language and cultural arts. It also sponsors events and services in cooperation with local overseas Chinese and Taiwanese groups.
