<h1>The 17th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung City Call for Entries</h1>

<p>The Cultural Affairs Bureau, Taichung City Government and the Organizing Committee of the 17th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition have jointly announced an international call for entries to the 17th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition of Taichung City to be held in Taichung City, Taiwan.<P>The competition is open to all domestic and foreign artists. Categories include Crafts, Sculpture, Digital Art, Photography, Printmaking, Water Color Painting, Oil Painting, Glue Color Painting, Seal Engraving, Calligraphy and Ink Wash Painting. Artists may submit pieces in more than one category, but only one art piece per category.<P>The first prize winner of each category will be required to present 3 additional art pieces to the reviewing committee for the selection of the 5 final winners of the Da Dun Prizes. Prizes include monetary awards, certificates of merit, permanent collection certificates (for Da Dun Prize-winners only) exhibition of awarded work, and a published collection book of all works and records of this exhibition.<P>Awards Ceremony will take place on Saturday Afternoon, October 20, 2012 at Chung-Shan Hall, Taichung City Cultural Affairs Bureau.
