Press Division
The Division serves as a press office for the government of Taiwan, provides information to the public about Taiwan in the form of complimentary brochures, posters, maps and periodicals upon request, maintains and makes available a reference library of educational and feature films on Taiwan in Chinese and English, and hosts and organizes seminars, exhibits, speeches, and events to promote cultural and academic exchange. The division serves the states of Arkansas , Louisiana , Mississippi , Oklahoma , and Texas .

Commercial Division
This Division provides information related to investment and trade opportunities in Taiwan , assists in establishing contacts and locating resources in Taiwan , and offers information on areas of potential business opportunities between Taiwan and the U.S. It serves the states of Arkansas , Kansas , Louisiana , Mississippi , Missouri , Oklahoma , and Texas .

Culture Center
The Culture Center provides educational and cultural services to the Chinese and Taiwanese communities. It sponsors events in cooperation with local Chinese and Taiwanese groups and organizations and maintains a multi-media library and facilities for various classes.
