The Donation Ceremony of Typhoon Morakot Relief will be held on August 24, 2009, 5:30 pm at Dr. Sun Yat-sen Hall.

The Taipei Economic & Cultural Office in Honolulu has received numerous telephone calls from local friends, leaders and compatriots who have expressed their grave concern for those who suffered in Southern Taiwan sustained by the unprecedented flood as a result of Typhoon Morakot. This office expressed its highest respect to friends and compatriots for their love and care. Many friends have inquired about how to make monetary donations to the typhoon victims for their quick recovery.
