Director General Jack J.C. Yang attends a discussion with Ambassador Tibor Nagy held by International Relations Council in Kansas City

Director General Jack J.C. Yang of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Kansas City attended the discussion hosted by the International Relations Council (IRC) in Kansas City on July 19, 2012 at Kauffman Foundation. Ambassador Tibor Nagy is currently Vice Provost for International Affairs in Texas Tech University and also serving as co-chair for Mitt Romney’s Africa policy group for his campaign. Previously he served as Ambassador to Ethiopia from 1999-2002 and Ambassador to Guinea from 1996-1999. In the discussion he elaborated the Development & Diplomacy for the United States of America in face of the 21st century’s global challenges around the world.
Director General Yang talked to Ambassador Nagy before the start and he also exchanged views with Dr. Joy Stevenson, President of IRC and several attendees from local business circles on topics of mutual interests.
