2017 Singapore-Taichung International Art Exhibition Opens With Fanfare

On 8 September 2017, Representative Francis Kuo-Hsin Liang graced the opening ceremony of the 2017 Singapore-Taichung International Art Exhibition held at the Artrium@MCI. The exhibition, which was co-organized by the Singapore (International) Arts & Culture Exchange Association and the Central Taiwan Art Association, saw the display of art works by over 50 top artists from Taiwan and Singapore.
During his address, Representative Liang highlighted the close friendship ties between the art communities of Singapore and Taiwan. He also expressed his desire to see more of such art and cultural exchanges between Singapore and Taiwan which would go a long way towards boosting bilateral dialogue and intensifying artistic collaboration initiatives.
