Apply now for the 2012 International Culture and Study Tour to the Republic of China (Taiwan)

Applications are now being accepted for the 2012 International Youth Culture and Study Tour to Republic of China (Taiwan). The aim of this twelve-day cultural tour is to provide young people from Europe, Africa and Latin America with an opportunity to get to know Taiwan from a wide variety of perspectives, such as history, culture, ecology, environmental protection, technology, politics, economy, public health and cross-strait relations. At the same time, the delegates will also be able to learn more about the cultures of the other participants.
Participants should be between 20 and 40 years old.

Schedule-wise there are two groups that participants can choose between: the first group will visit Taiwan from 9th to 20th July, while the second one will visit from 20th to 31st August. The participants will need to pay for the cost of the round-trip fight ticket from by themselves, but all others costs for accommodation, local transportation, and studying in Taiwan will be fully covered by the sponsor in Taiwan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
