From 9 April 2012, visa application forms must be filled in online at https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw. Once completed, please print it out and deliver it to the Taipei Representative Office in the UK (TRO), Edinburgh Office with two standard passport photos.
There is no need to make an appointment for visa applications at the TRO; we accept walk-in applications from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm Monday through Friday. When submitting application, you will also need to provide passport and supporting documents in addition to completed form and passport photos.
