The award-winning Taiwanese-British musician Ms Shu-Wei Tseng will represent the TRO at this year’s St Martin’s Embassy and Cultural Institute Series, hosted by London’s St Martin-in-the-Fields church.

In a lunchtime concert on 21 November, Shu-Wei Tseng will perform a recital on cello and piano alongside fellow pianist, Marco Fatichenti. The duo will perform Chopin’s Andante Spinato e Grande Polonaise Brilliante Op 22, Tchaikovsky’s Chant d’automne Seasons Op 37 No 10 and Brahms’ Sonata for Piano and Cello in F Op 99 No 2.

Known for her exceptional technique on the piano and the cello, Shu-Wei Tseng has performed in major concert halls across the world, including London’s South Bank Centre, Wigmore Hall and the Carnegie Hall in New York City. Her playing has been described as radiating a ‘passionate, energetic, researched, and committed personality with a powerful, fluid and beyond reproach technique.’ The concert that begins at 1pm is free of charge and open to the public.
