Visitor Visa are for those who wish to enter Taiwan and stay for less than 180 days.
Australian citizens are able to travel to Taiwan without a visa under Visa-Exempt Entry for stays of up to 90 days. For more information on Visa-Exempt Entry, please refer to the here.

To apply for a visa to travel to Taiwan, applicants are required to complete an application form. Please visit: https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw/BOCA_EVISA/ to fill out the electronic visa application form. The visa application form must be filled out online, printed, signed and include a readable barcode.
Please summited your completed application and other required documents to the TECO office you selected while filling out your application forms.

There are various categories of Visitor Visas for temporary visitors traveling to Taiwan. The type of visa required will depend on the purpose of your intended travel and other factors. It generally takes up to 3 weeks to process. However, as visa applications are approved on a case-by-case basis, some may take longer to process. Please allow ample time for visa processing when planning your trip. | |
