1、All business documents need to be certified by a WA / ACT Notary Public (from the state of the document issued) and WA/ACT the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade ( from the state of document issued) Australian Notary Public Name list: http://www.notarylocator.com.au

2、Download and complete APPLICATION FORM FOR AUTHENTICATION.

3、Photocopy of the applicant’s passport or other photo ID (Photocopy of ID must be certified by Justice of Peace).

4、Fees: $22 Dollars for each document.

(Expedited serivce suspended) Expedited services for urgent application can be requested by paying an additional 50% of Authentication fees, which is AUD11. Payment must be made in cash (not for mailing application) bank cheque or money order and payable to the "Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Australia".*Personal cheque and online bank transfer will not be accepted.

5、Walk-in applicants : (by appointment only)

Postal applicants: A prepaid self-addressed envelope must be supplied. Applications lodged by post or courier should also include self-addressed postage -prepaid envelope (Express Post Platinum, Express Post and Registered Post B4（353mm×250mm）only) or courier satchel for the return of documents.
