行動領務公告

駐布里斯本臺北經濟文化辦事處已自2023年7月起，於每月的第一週至第三週的星期三，假昆士蘭台灣中心試辦行動領務收件服務。本(8)月14日(週三)適逢王家昆士蘭農展節假日，本處特於次一日8月15日(週四)續在台灣中心收件，歡迎鄉親多加利用。

本月行動領務服務詳情如下：
1. 日期：2024年8月7日（週三）、8月15日（週四）、8月21日（週三）
2. 時間：上午10點到中午12點；下午1點到2點

地點：昆士蘭台灣中心
服務項目：我國護照換發、遺失補發、首次申辦、昆士蘭或北領地文件證明申請（不含授權書、在澳證明、定居同意書、聲明書、委任書等需見證申請人本人簽名的業務）及其他領務諮詢服務。當天僅辦理收件服務，恕無法領件，敬請自備回郵信封(B4 Registered Post 或 Large Express Post with signature on delivery)。
注意事項：

（一）服務方式：現場領取號碼，依號碼之順序提供服務。

（二）申請表：請申請人到本處網站 (http://roc-taiwan.org/au/bne)下載列印, 事先填寫完整，並參閱網站說明，備齊應備文件。

（三）規費：

Mobile Consular Service in Brisbane (Trial)

Taipei Economic and Cultural Office, Brisbane has been providing trial mobile consular services every first to the third Wednesdays of the month from July 2023. The upcoming service will be on the 7^th of August 2024 at Queensland Taiwan Centre. Since 14^th August (Wednesday) is Royal Queensland Show holiday, our service will be moved to the next day on the 16th of August 2024.

Trial Mobile Consular Services details:

Date: 7th of August (Wednesday), 15th of August (Thursday), 21^st of August (Wednesday)

Time: 10am~12pm; 1pm~2pm

Venue: Queensland Taiwan Centre (Shop 36B, Sunny Park Shopping Centre, Sunnybank, Brisbane QLD4109 Australia)

Scope of Service:

O.C. passport application and QLD/NT document authentication applications lodgment.
Applications of Power of Attorneys, Letter of Attorneys, Consent Forms, Authorization Letters or Declarations are NOT accepted.
Please note that you we cannot process your applications on the day. For the return of your application documents, please either bring your own prepaid return envelopes (B4 Registered Post/Large Express Post) or collect your documents from our office.

Application Lodgement Process:

Before the day: Please refer to our website http://roc-taiwan.org/au/bne for application forms and requirements. Print and complete the forms and bring the hardcopies with the rest of the required documents and the exact amount of cash.

On the day: Please take a number from the reception and wait for your number to be called.

R.O.C. passport AU$65

R.O.C. passport for minors under 14/male of draft age AU$45

Document Authentication (English) AU$22 per document

Document Authentication (Trad. Chinese) AU$22 per document

Entry and Exit Date Certificate AU$5

Payment:

Cash only. Please bring the exact amount of cash for payment.

Please bring your original IDs and documents with a set of photocopies of these documents.
