Kicked off by the Presidential Office in 2019, the Presidential Hackathon International Track is now in its seventh year—how exciting ! This event calls on folks of all ages and nationalities to use open data, tech, and awesome ideas to tackle public issues, meet global needs, and spark epic cross-border, cross-field collaborations.
Data geeks, scientists, and experts, come brainstorm together! We welcome global innovators to pitch creative solutions to make lives better and governance cooler!
The 2025 theme is “Digital Innovation for Resilience and Sustainability,” vibing with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) . We’re hunting for digital tech ideas to:
1. Boost Social Resilience: Help society tackle disasters with tools like super-speedy warning systems, linking central and local networks for quick responses!
2. Push Sustainable Development: Protect the planet, like using AI to analyze IoT data for smart policies that make life more livable!
How to Join :
Everyone’s welcome! Teams from academia, industry, government, or media—bring your open-data solutions!
Teams of 3–10, one team per person, with one primary and one secondary contact.
At least one member must be a non-ROC national.
