Chern-Chyi “C.C.” CHEN, Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs, visited Brussels for enhancing bilateral economic and trade relationship between Taiwan and EU.
During his stay in Brussels, he exchanged views with DG Grow on the progress of EU-Taiwan Industrial Policy Dialogue and possible ways forward for closer cooperation. He also exchanged views with DG Trade on bilateral trade and investment relationship.
He met MEP Kathleen VAN BREMPT and MEP Andrey KOVATCHEV to express Taiwan’s appreciation for their strong and long-lasting support for the EU-Taiwan relationship.
Furthermore, he participated in a closed-door roundtable discussion to explore EU-Taiwan supply chain cooperation in a global changing environment with experts from European think tanks, associations and businesses.
