1. Download and fill in the registration form.
2. Transfer the registration fees of 25 euro for the TOCFL to the
account of the Education Division, Taipei Representative Office in
The EU& Belgium :

Name : Kelly Van de Paer, and add as note : ‘Your name and
TOCFL- NL ’
3. Then send (1) the registration form, (2) the proof of payment (digital
document or scan), to belgium2@mail.moe.gov.tw
4. Download and keep the Personal Data Processing Consent Form for
your information.
