Job description
The Taipei Representative Office in the EU and Belgium is looking for a <part time vacancy> to carry out a wide range of administrative and support tasks within its Health Division.
Responsibilities:
This job consists mainly of assisting the health division in its daily activities, in
particular:
1. To collect, summarize and analyse health-related developments in the
European Union and Belgium;
2. To assist in contacting and coordinating with health-related departments in the
EU and Taiwan;
3. To prepare working reports;
4. Taking care of administration regarding meetings and working lunches;
5. Other task assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Qualifications and experience required:
1. have Belgian residence and a valid working permit;
2. have at least a bachelor degree; preferably a health-related degree;
3. have good command of Mandarin (speaking and writing) and English
(speaking and writing);
4. knowledge of other languages including French is considered a plus;
5. have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, power-point etc.)
as well as the ability to type Chinese.
