Taiwan International Healthcare Training Center will continuing to provide Clinical Training Program and 3 Project Training Programs. Besides, TIHTC also arrange the most current topics in international professional health care training courses such as communicable disease prevention strategy, UHC promotion, Health Promoting Hospitals (HPH), Emergency health care, and health care information technology.
International Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Training
International Acupuncture Traditional Medicine (ATM) has become a popular treatment across the world. To promote traditional Chinese medicine and to give international foreigner medical practitioners a chance to learn Chinese medicine, the TIHTC designed made a two- week training course that available. The course includes the academic know-how and medical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as visiting Chinese herbal pharmaceutical companies. The course attendees will gain further understanding in traditional Chinese medicine through differentiating herbs, its medicinal values and acupuncture. Moreover, attendees can utilize weekends to participate in cultural and medical institution visitations to learn more about Taiwan.
Emergency Care Management Training
The objectives are dedicated to strengthening health systems towards achieving universal health coverage, and ensuring the safety and efficacy of clinical procedures in Anaesthesia, Surgery, Orthopaedics, and Obstetrics. The Program was established to address challenges and take the lead in efforts to reduce global surgical burdens as a result of injuries, pregnancy-related complications, congenital anomalies, cancer, diabetic complications, infections, humanitarian crises and other surgical conditions. This program contains TIHTC recommendations for minimum standards to improve quality and safety of emergency, surgery, trauma, obstetrics and anaesthesia at first-referral level health-care facilities.

The objectives of this workshop are to improve concepts and skills in healthcare management, promote the leadership and intellectual development in the management of international healthcare affairs, and to facilitate international exchanges on healthcare affairs.

TIHTC provides 34 clinical courses that includes: Nursing, Cardiology, Traditional Chinese medicine, General surgery, Plastic surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dentistry, Nephrology, Rehabilitation Branch, Division of metabolism, Liver and Gallbladder Gastroenterology, Neurology, Emergency department, Pathology, Radiology, Cardiac surgery, Thoracic medicine, Oncology, Toxicology, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Pediatrics, Urology, Family medicine, Orthopedics, Infectious disease, Anesthesiology, Thoracic surgery, Laboratory, Dermatology, Pharmacy , General Internal medicine, Hematology, Micro surgery etc.

International Dermatopathology Training Program
The Center for Dermatopathology Training in Mackay Memorial Hospital, Taipei is a training center accredited by the International Committee for Dermatopathology. We accept short-term (less than 6 months) or long-term (6 month to 1 year) fellowship training. Only three positions are available at any one time. The program provides a comprehensive dermatopathology experience. Training includes daily slide reading, clinico-pathological and academic conferences, immunofluorescence, electron microscope, and access to a well-organized dermatopathology slide library. A total of 36 dermatopathology topics are covered, including lectures and teaching slides.
