Ambassador David Kuan-Chou Chien had the pleasure to present the Certificate of Appointment as Associate Adviser of the Overseas Community Affairs Council to Mr. Johnston Ou, President of Belize Chinese Association (BCA), as well as the Certificate of Appointment as Advisory Consultant of Hakka Affairs Council to Mr. Eric Chang, President of Hakka Association of Belize. The Embassy thanked them for their efforts to further strengthen Taiwan-Belize relations!
The certificate presentation was witnessed by leaders of the BCA, including Dr. Lim Lo (Honorary President) and Mrs. Vera Lo, Mr. Lee Mark Chang (Honorary President), and Mr. Alex Chang (Vice President).
