Ambassador David Kuan-Chou Chien had the honor to join Hon. John Briceno, Prime Minister of #Belize, and other invited guests for a special reception at Cahal Pech Archaeological Reserve on Mar. 21, 2022, to mark Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, hosted by H.E. Froyla Tzalam, Governor-General of Belize, for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge who visited Belize.
The Duke of Cambridge stated in his remark that “Belize has joined many others in condemning the invasion and standing up for the principles of international law, peace, and security. Today, we think of those struggling in ??#Ukraine, and we stand with them in solidarity.”
#Taiwan as a front-line state defending freedom and the democratic way of life, we have our commitment standing with Ukraine, and we are firmly believe that through our joint effort, we’ll overcome the threat of authoritarianism.
