The Embassy keeps standing with the government of Belize. Today, Ambassador David Kuan-Chou Chien was delighted to meet with Ms. Kennedy Carrillo, CEO of Ministry of Blue Economy and Civil Aviation, Mr. Nigel Carter, Director of Belize Department of Civil Aviation, Mrs. Chantalle Samuels, CEO of Coastal Zone Management Authority & Institute, Ms. Thea Garcia, General Manager of the Belize Airports Authority, Ms. Isabel Martinez, Fisheries Officer of Fisheries Department - Belize, as well as other delegates from the Ministry, to hand over 1,600 medical masks for protecting the health of the public officers who work hard and serve themselves in the fields of civil aviation, marine/coastal management and fisheries development to make a better Belize. Both sides also exchanged viewpoints on strengthening bilateral partnership in the fields of civil aviation and blue economy.
The Embassy not only applauds the efforts that these officers have achieved, but would also like to take this opportunity to extend our support and appreciation to all the personnel working in the government of Belize for their dedication to the development of Belize. Taiwan will keep working closely with Belize to further advance the benefits and welfare of our two peoples!
