We are pleased to announce the public sale of the Embassy’s used vehicle by tender. Interested parties are cordially invited to submit their bids.
Announcement Details:
1. Item Information.
• Item for Sale: 2015 Honda Pilot LX
• Reserve Price: BZ$7,000
2. Bidding Process. Bids must be delivered to the Embassy from the date of this posting until 4:00 PM on June 3, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Required Bidding Documents. The quote for the bid must clearly state:
• "Bid for Taiwan Embassy's Used Vehicle: 2015 Honda Pilot LX"
• Bid Amount
• Bidder's Name
The form must be sealed in an envelope. The exterior of the envelope must clearly display the bidder's name, address, and contact phone number.
4. Opening of Bids and Awarding. The contract will be awarded to the highest valid bidder. In the event that two or more of the highest bids are identical, the winning bidder will be determined by a lucky draw conducted by the Embassy.
5. Vehicle Inspection. Bidders may contact the Embassy to arrange a viewing prior to the bidding deadline.
6. Payment and Delivery The winning bidder must pay the full amount within 5 days of the award. The Embassy will deliver the vehicle on an "as-is, where-is" basis.
