Taiwan donates second wave of PPEs to help Canadian government and people fight COVID-19 pandemic
Taiwan is pleased to donate personal protective equipment (PPE) to Canada again to help in the fight against COVID-19.
Taiwan's second donation to Canada includes 1 million surgical masks, 100,000 N95 masks, 20,000 protective gowns and 80,000 isolation gowns.
This donation of PPE began arriving in Montreal this week, and will be distributed by the Canadian Red Cross to frontline healthcare personnel and Indigenous communities that need them.
Taiwan had previously donated half a million surgical masks to Canada in April. Taiwan believes it can help and that we need to do this together.
