Director General Liang and the TECO team were honored to participate in today’s flag-raising ceremony in front of Toronto City Hall, joining Consul General Myriam Liseth De la Roca Álvarez of Guatemala in Toronto and her colleagues to witness the sincere and steadfast cooperation and friendship between Republic of China(Taiwan) and Guatemala.

Built upon our shared values of democracy, freedom, and the rule of law, the two countries have long continued to deepen cooperation across various fields, with a friendship that remains as solid as a rock.
