TECO Toronto hosted the 115th National Day reception, celebrating the 115th Birthday of the Republic of China (Taiwan) together with hundreds of Canadian friends and community representatives.
While celebrating the national birthday, the reception also showcasing the outstanding and vital partnership between Taiwan and Canada.
Taiwan possesses the world’s most advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology, which is essential to global technological progress.
More importantly, as a staunch advocate of universal human rights values, Taiwan shares common beliefs with Canada—showing that Taiwan is Canada’s premier Partner in the Indo-Pacific region.
This perfectly echoes this year’s reception theme: “Taiwan: partnering through trade, rooted in shared values”.
