Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Languages: Fluent in Czech and English (both verbal and written)
- Professional Skills: familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet searching
- Personal Skills: Highly organized, good communication skills, good time management, ability to work in a team but also independently, responsible, and willing to work in a multicultural environment
- Additional: Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Chinese and a driving license ‘B’ are advantages, but not requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the Czech-speaking contact person for the Science and Technology Division and secure Czech-English translation
- Coordination of multilateral cooperation in research, development and innovations.
- Prepare documents and responses to inquiries and requests for information regarding academic, scientific, technological, R&D and other related issues
- Prepare meetings and handle other correspondence with the Czech Government, research institutes, universities, etc.
- Gather scientific and technological news
- Coordinate delegation visits, plan and manage events and other related projects
- Assist the Science and Technology Division with administrative tasks
About the Job
- A full-time position (40 hours a week)
- Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension
- Starting from February 3st, 2026
