Amb. & Mrs. Cheng were glad to host the opening ceremony of ”Ocean Taiwan: Landscapes and Paintings” which is part of the “Taiwan Culture in Europe 2025”project. The office invited around 40 people, including overseas Taiwanese and students to attend the ceremony. The office received six paintings from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on North Coast of Taiwan such as Guanyin Mountain (觀音山), Shimen (Stone) Arch (石門洞), and Yehliu Geopark(野柳地質公園). The paintings will be exhibited in the office afterward; we welcome everyone to visit the office to enjoy the paintings. As the special guest, the office invited Mrs. Hsieh, the spouse of the office staff, Mr. Peter Chang, who is also mastered in painting, to present her artwork and share her insights. Through her sketches of famous European landmarks, including those from Denmark, the audience could understand the fantastic inspiration and the analysis of the works of art.
