Superintendent of Taipei City Hospital System Visits Dubai

On 28th September, 2011, Dr. Sun-Yran Chang, Superintendent of the Taipei City Hospital, lead a delegation of three specialist doctors on a three day visit to Dubai. Their duration of stay in Dubai was accompanied by Mr. Wang-Lu Chang, Director General of the Commercial Office of the Republic of China in Dubai. The delegation visited the Dubai Healthcare City, and the Dubai Health Authority to gain a better understanding of the health care system in Dubai and how the two countries can collaborate in the medical fields.

It is well known that Dubai has a state-of-the-art health care system. Taiwan also maintains a world-class health care system that is on-par with the developed nations of the world. Both sides can gain invaluable experience through the exchange of personnel along with the transfer of knowledge in the fields of medicine.
