Documents originating from Greece, Bulgaria,and Cyprus to be used in Taiwan can be authenticated by our office.
*Appointment required, in order to make sure the authenticated documents would be ready as scheduled.
Documents submitted for authentication must first meet the following criteria:
1.All original documents and copies presented must bear a signature or seal of a government or public official - such as a solicitor, notary public, registrar, or official of the Chambers of Commerce. This signature or seal must also have been certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece/ Embassy of Bulgaria in Greece/Embassy of Cyprus in Greece. In case of Cyprus, the documents must have been certified by both Embassy of Cyprus in Greece and later Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece.
2.This office requires a copy of each document for its records (including a copy of the apostille from MOFA of Greece or Embassies in Greece). Please make sure all photocopies are done before applying. No copied documents may cause delay/reject of the application.
3.All applicants and their agents are required to fill in Application form for authentication and present original identification papers (passport / ID) with one supplementary copy.
4.We cannot accept responsibility for any Courier delays which may affect the timely processing of your application and therefore strongly recommend that such applications be made in person.
5.Documents will be ready for collection after 3 working days upon receipt of the application.
