Entry to Israel from Taiwan during Corona Virus outbreak

Any Taiwanese wishing to enter Israel during the travel restriction period, please be informed that information on how it may be possible was posted recently by the Israeli office in Taipei on their Facebook page. This is the information posted by the Israeli office. Please follow the instructions closely if the trip cannot be postponed by any means.

持台灣的護照，計畫入境以色列並有14天居家隔離住處的旅客 (旅館不在此列)，必須在前往以色列至少七個工作天前，將下列相關資訊(以英文書寫)及聲明書，寄給以色列駐台辦事處杜小姐 cao-asst@taipei.org.il。
辦事處接到申請，進行申請程序後，會聯繫旅客至辦事處領取同意書，旅客入境以色列時須出具同意書
提供資料如下 ( 請以英文在信中說明)，並填寫聲明書

1. Full Name with Passport Number
2. All flight detail including transit airport, flight number, departure time and arriving time.
3. Full address for home quarantine (hotel and dormitory are not considered)
4. Purpose of visit
5. The name and phone number of the person who provide home quarantine place
