Capt. Somesh Batra, Chairnam of Yang Ming Line (India) PVT. LTD. and Capt. Anil Kumar Sahni, Vice President-North India made a courtesy call to Amb. James C. K. Tien on February 2, 2017. Yang Ming Line has set up its overseas office since 1986. A joint venture company then was established at Bombay in 2005. Branch offices were set up at New Delhi in 2007 and 2008 in Chennai, respectively. A profound exchange of views was shared during the meeting, in which the constructive talks include India’s economic situation in the aftermath of the demonetization, localization and cultural blending of Taiwanese companies in India, current international situation, cohosting more India – Taiwna trade and economic workshops, etc.
