Taiwan’s Formosa Circus Art wins hearts in New Delhi

The Formosa Circus Art troupe staged a 75-minute fascinating performance named “Taiwan, the Heart of Asia” at Kamani Auditorium on the night of July 6, 2019, attracting more than 700 people in audience.
Combining diabolo, cyr wheel, aerial skills and other circus props with Hakka and aboriginal music and dances, the program gave Indian viewers a taste of Taiwan’s diversified culture and won thunderous applause from those who watched.
The event was held by Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India, cosponsored by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry, the Taiwan Chamber of Commerce in Delhi, the Rotary Club of Delhi Garden City and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council’s New Delhi Office.
