Ambassador Mumin Chen recieved the Head of the Department of East Asian Studies of University of Delhi, Professor Ranjana Mukhopadhyaya and Professor Amlan Dutta on April 16th. University of Delhi is one of the most prestigious university in India, which has cultivated numerous talents in a variety of fields. Department of East Asian Studies of DU is also one of the most influential Asian studies department in India, which covers Japan, Korea and China studies. To everyone's surprise, ambassador Chen was a visitor scholar at the department over a decade ago! The ambassador, Professor Mukhopadhyaya, Professor Dutta and the Head of Educational Division of TECC, Jill Lai discussed all the possibilities for future cooperation. We can't wait to work with Department of East Asian Studies to bring Taiwan Studies back to one of the best univeristies in India!
