Document authentication submission and collection time

From 03 October 2023, the Consular services timing is as below:
Document attestation submission:
Monday-Friday: 9:00-12:30 PM.
Any submission by post, courier, fax or email is not acceptable. Please submit the application only at our counter.
Document attestation collection:
Monday-Friday: 16.00-17:00 PM
There is no submission and collection other than the timing mentioned.
Application requires 5 working days for normal services and 3 working days for applications with express service.
For example:
Normal: If you apply on Monday, then your document would be ready for collection on Next Monday.
Express: If you apply on Monday, then your document would be ready for collection on Thursday.
Note: Additional supporting documents might be required on a case-by-case basis. If additional documents given by the applicant, the number of days will be calculated.
For Example: If submitted on Monday Express process and additional documents asked by TECC. Again the 3 working days will start from the day when you submit your additional document
