TECC in Chennai works with Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF) to present "Taiwanese Film Festival" from 31st July to 2nd August at Russian Center of Science and Culture, Chennai. Director-General Charles Li of TECC, Secretary General of ICAF Mr. E. Thangaraj , Secretary of South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, Chennai, Mr. Ravi Kottarakara and Cine Artiste, Ms. Sai Preethi inaugurated the Festival on 31st July 2017 at Russian Center for Science & Culture in Chennai.
Five Taiwanese awarded films, "Tomorrow comes Today", "A Time in Quchi", "The Boar King", "Partners in Crime" and "The Losers" will be screened at the Festival.
