The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) wishes to inform all nationals or citizens of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and neighboring countries, territories and islands in Caribbean region of the new manner in regards to visa application for the entry of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
1. The Bureau of Consular Affairs of the ROC Ministry of Foreign Affairs has set up a website https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw for any nationals or citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saba, St. Barthelemy, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten, who plans to visit or stay in Taiwan, to completely fill out visa application forms on-line first, then print out the forms with bar-code numbers on, and carry them with all requirements to the Embassy for a final and thorough applying procedure. 2. The general public under the jurisdiction of this Embassy is advised that the new mechanism for on-line visa-applying to Taiwan will start from April 9th, 2012 onwards definitely. Non on-line visa-application will not be accepted and processed hereafter, the traditional visa application forms will no longer be provided by this Embassy either.
