Even COVID-19 can’t stop Taiwan and St. Kitts and Nevis from doing business together!
Today Ambassador Lee launched the "2020 Virtual Taiwan Expo in St. Kitts and Nevis" together with Hon. Wendy Phipps, Minister of International Trade, Industry, Commerce, Consumer Affairs and Labour, Permanent Secretary Jasemin Weekes, and St. Kitts Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce President Giselle Matthews and Executive Director Andrew Satney.
Although the physical Taiwan Expo this year was called off due to the pandemic outbreak, a brand-new digital platform is designed instead by Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA), not only bringing back the missed Taiwan Expo in SKN, but also allowing online-Expo-goers to view various quality products showcased in all Taiwan Expo stands designed for 22 countries across the globe.
Manufacturing machinery, medical supplies, agricultural equipment, solar energy systems, technological devices, name one thing and you can find it in this multinational online Expo.
