On April 10, Ambassador Michael Lin witnessed the signing of the loan agreement for the Basseterre Desalination Plant between the Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and the Taiwan ICDF.
This major project, once completed, will produce up to 2 million gallons of fresh water daily —a significant step toward ensuring long-term water security and climate resilience for the people of St. Kitts and Nevis.
