On July 31, the Honourable Prime Minister Dr. Terrance Drew officially received Ambassador Edward Tao at his office. Prime Minister Drew highly affirmed the vibrant and enduring diplomatic relations between Taiwan and the Federation that have existed for over four decades, and expressed strong support for Taiwan’s active participation in international organizations.
Both sides agreed to continue advancing cooperation in agriculture, education, healthcare, and renewable energy, so as to further strengthening bilateral exchanges and collaboration.
Ambassador Tao conveyed warm greetings from President Lai Ching-te and Premier Cho Jung-tai. He also emphasized Foreign Minister Dr. Lin Chia-Lung’s commitment to sharing Taiwan's expertise in sustainable development with the Federation.
