When applying by an agent, the agent must also sign in the agent field, and attach a "Fact of Entry and Exit" (출입국에 관한 사실증명) issued within three (3) days by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea to the visa applicant to prove that the applicant is currently in Korea.

Travel Authorization Certificate (Applicable to citizens of India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Cambodia and Lao who is holding Korean ARC or visa.) (Starting September 14, 2023, TAC will no longer be available for Vietnamese holding Korean ARC.)

Visas are issued as stipulated by Article 12 of the Statute Governing Issuance of ROC Visas for Foreign Passports. As a sovereign nation, the ROC has the right to refuse applications for visas without providing any explanation for such decisions; visa application fee is not refundable.
