Application Process:
1. Apply online for both the university program and the ICDF Scholarship.
2. Submit a printed copy of both applications along with required documents to the Embassy by 5:00 PM on Friday, 13 March 2026. .
Required Documents:
1. Partner University application form or Confirmation or Reply email from university.
2. A photocopy of the applicant’s passport bio-data page or other document showing proof of nationality.
3. A photocopy of the applicant’s highest-level diploma and official academic transcripts.
4. A photocopy of the applicant’s English proficiency certificate. (Please note: This means a TOEFL test score or that of another recognized English proficiency exam, or documents certifying that the applicant has graduated from a program where all courses were taught in English. Applicants who are unable to provide such proof of English proficiency due to special circumstances may be assessed for English proficiency by an ROC (Taiwan) Embassy/ Consulate General/ Representative Office via interview or other forms of testing. Applicants whose official national language is English are exempted from these documents.)
5. Two letters of reference.
6. A Police Clearance Letter.
Key Information:
- Applicants must be Saint Lucian nationals.
- Each applicant is allowed to apply for only one program. Submitting multiple applications will result in immediate disqualification.
- All application documents must be submitted to the Taiwan Embassy no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, 13 March 2026. Late submissions or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
- Applicants who have previously been awarded the ICDF Scholarship are ineligible to apply for the same scholarship again.
- Former scholarship recipients disqualified by the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), ICDF, or their institution are not eligible to reapply.
