Participants attending the workshop have been exploring their culinary talents and creativity on Taiwanese cuisine. From beef noodle soup and braised pork rice to fried popcorn chicken, every dish they prepared was absolutely delicious. Each plate reflected their passion and pride!

What a sweet memory! Our 臺灣駐聖露西亞技術團 Taiwan Technical Mission in St. Lucia not only supports the Program, but also goes as far as having one of its Project Managers joining the other chefs, in order to exemplify the true spirit of “technical cooperation”.
This program is more than just about cooking—it is a blissful cultural connection between Taiwan and Saint Lucia, where flavors and traditions come together through food. Seeing these Taiwanese dishes reimagined and shared here in Saint Lucia is truly inspiring.
