On the second day of our naval visit, the Squadron Commander RADM Chen and delegation pay a courtesy call on the Deputy to the Governor General Mr. Felix Finisterre. We are honoured to have the opportunity to report to Mr. Finisterre their 12,000 nautical miles long voyage from Taiwan to Saint Lucia, the beautiful Helen of the West.
The evening unfolds a splendid reception on board the flagship vessel. We are joined by Deputy to the Governor General, Hon. Prime Minister Hon. Philip J. Pierre, Hon. Cabinet Ministers, and other distinguished guests to inspect the navy exhibition and enjoy authentic Taiwanese cuisine
