Pay tribute to His Excellency Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac

We pay tribute to His Excellency Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, the late and former Governor General and former Foreign Minister of Saint Lucia.

On behalf of the people and the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), we extend our deepest condolences to the family of Sir Neville and to the people of Saint Lucia during this time of mourning.

Sir Neville Cenac was a distinguished statesman whose dedicated service greatly contributed to the development of Saint Lucia. We appreciate greatly his longstanding friendship and support for the bilateral relations between Taiwan and Saint Lucia during his tenure in public office.

May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy of service continue to inspire future generations.
