Amb. Winston Wen-yi Chen was invited to attend the performance《Fire dwells in Xylem》, presented by Taiwanese artist Tuan Mu and French sound artist Rodolphe Macabéo. The performance is an eco-poetic performance that interweaves acoustic vibrations from Ķemeri’s flora with East Asian contemplative thought, yielding granular soundscapes.
Amb. Chen participated the whole event, and exchanged opinions with Mr. Tuan on how to use his sound art work to convey Taiwan’s soft power and bring Taiwan and Latvia closer.
