Two representatives from ROC Taiwan’s International Cooperation Development Fund (ICDF)were in Majuro last week to do the post evaluation of the Jitok Kapeel vocational training program I, II & III on electrical, plumbing and automotive.  Taiwan ICDF through ROC Taiwan Embassy in Majuro provided  $800,000 including trainers, training materials and equipments for the Jitok Kapeel for the past 2 years.  While Mr. Thomas Wang and Mr. Morris Mai of ICDF were in Majuro, they interviewed Jitok Kapeel graduates for the past 3 cycles and their employers, and discussed launching and prospect of cycle 4 starting in 2014 with National Training Council, College of the Marshall Islands, and the Ministry of the Public Works.
